Steve Jobs and Aamir Khan: 4 Inspirational similarities between these two creativity giants

                      One man was the boss and creative Jesus of Silicon valley. The other is the soul of immortal creative National spirit. One used to work for creating technology to make this world a better place. While other concentrated entertaining and creating value based society. Steve Jobs of Apple computers and Aamir khan of Indian Bollywood and socialist icon have a great deal of similarities. They have the basic instincts of belief, futurist approach and most importantly the natural love for their work.

                     
              First thing which is similar between them is the serious approach to their work. For example while designing the Mac, Steve concentrated on building a strategy from inside out. In every aspect he concentrated achieving an absolute perfection. His product was created with concentration and considering all the social and psychological aspects. On other hand a tag of perfectionist was attached to Aamir after the movie of Dil Chahata Hai. Whatever work he does whether acting in a movie or researching for his world acclaimed TV show Satyamev Jayate, he concentrated on achieving an absolute authority.

               Second thing is the uncensored ego and attitude of these geniuses. People were literally afraid of walking into the lift with Jobs. If he would find that the person to whom he is talking is lacking in seriousness then he would fire him out. Similarly, Aamir is the only actor in Bollywood who has an unquestionable ego and attitude. But he uses it for quality work.

                 Aamir comes to work before his co-stars. If a person will show constant creativity only then he can work with Aamir. If uniqueness ends then chances to work with Aamir are very few.  Aamir fired his Gym instructor only because he was advising him on the same workouts. He chooses his directors. They don't have permission to hire him. He literally hates scrapped work. It generally takes three to four year for Aamir to hunt for a perfect director. He checks the patience and willingness to work. If he thinks that the director will give value his work and image, then only he agrees to work.

               Third thing is disciplined approach which is the center point of both of their work. Any haphazard strategies and loopholes are totally banned in their work. They want very serious human resource. They do not believe in nurturing talent. Instead they like extracting talent from raw material. For this, they can travel to any part of world even risk their own career to achieve perfectness.

                 Fourth thing is that they both are not formally educated but their work has resulted in educating the whole world. In case of jobs creativity was never attached to collage education, similarly in Aamir's case, rationality was never attached to formal social education. The impact of the brand named as Jobs and that of brand Aamir is an irreversible process. In case of former one, the death has not hindered the belief in the Apple empire. While in the case of later one, the recognizable aroma of social change will never be forgotten. Generation after generations will remember these national heroes. Their work is immortal and will only end at the end of world.
