Why Muhammad-bin-Tughlaq should be considered as the greatest futurist?

He is been famous for his experiments, denounced for his world famous acts and maligned for his brave but wrong gone steps. He is disliked by his own historian, defamed by almost all the novels and historical books and carried the tag for modern day politicians whose decisions often stand wrong. Whether it is transfer of capital, use of token currency, the expedition in Himalaya or agriculture reforms, he is been criticized for each and every step which he undertook as a supreme commander of medieval army. There would be very few who don’t know the name of Muhammad bin Tughlaq, India’s often tagged as a medieval king.

3 Inspirational stories of civil servants which an IAS aspirant must know.

When the river Brahmaputra enters in India from china, its path expands and slows down in Assam. On the bank of it there is a district named as Jorhat. Every morning at about four am, a lady wakes up and goes for jogging of about 12 km. However, people don't really call it as a jogging as some forty to fifty policemen travel with her on the bicycle. She runs and they follow mainly because she wants every policeman of her district to become a fit parson.

Steve Jobs and Aamir Khan: 4 Inspirational similarities between these two creativity giants

One man was the boss and creative Jesus of Silicon valley. The other is the soul of immortal creative National spirit. One used to work for creating technology to make this world a better place. While other concentrated entertaining and creating value based society. Steve Jobs of Apple computers and Aamir khan of Indian Bollywood and socialist icon have a great deal of similarities. They have the basic instincts of belief, futurist approach and most importantly the natural love for their work.

Why Aamir Khan should be awarded with Bharat Ratna for his documentary on Satyamev Jayate

The man with a mission.

Last year India did witness one of the greatest silent revolutions of all time. That too without wasting a single drop of  blood. Aamir Khan and his Satyamev Jayate became a hot topic of discussion in every sectors of India. The only reason was his great researched documentary on building a prosperous nation. He covered almost all the topics with same intensity and perfection. For an actor it becomes difficult to handle both movies and documentaries. But the great national hero did this with a ease and showed the world that patriotism still exists. This year he has also come up with five day documentary on India. The shows will definitely going to wake up India.
His first documentary of the season two showed the condition of women in India. He presented as how rape victims have to suffer from the  hardships of system? In each subsection of a program he put a light on worst conditions of Police stations, Medical Examiners and Judiciary. He argued and demanded the need of separate place for women related complaints so that within a month or two the case can be solved. His research explained that the number of goons present in our society is very small. However, our inability to tackle makes them powerful. So we have to unite so that we can tackle them.
Last year  he was invited by standing committee of ministry of commerce. He was the only actor who was invited by any parliamentary committee. That time the issue was whether to allow FDI in retail or not? Aamir in his one of the documentaries ardently opposed the FDI in medical. The reasons which he gave surprised many people.
In the year 1993 the World Trade Organization reached on consensus for the trade related intellectual property rights (TRIPS). The licensing of drug became a compulsion for medical companies. Due to this they got the monopoly in producing the generic medicines. It became impossible for common man to buy the medicines because of their high price. The cost of simple medicine increased by 100 to 500 times just because of monopoly over licenses.
It was not for the first time that the issue of generic medicines became a topic of discussion in India. But the awareness and realization was impossible to achieve. Aamir raised this issue in his show and the results were amazing. The Supreme court refused to renew the licenses of pharmaceutical companies including American heavyweight such as Ranbaxy. Executive body of Indian parliament ordered to hold on the FDI in medical sector. The ill practices of doctor were banned. Many pseudo doctors were forced to close their offices. The relationship between doctors and middlemen was brought into light. There was a sense of renovation in the medical sector.
His other documentaries did have a same impact. Such as his show on protecting child rights made a meaningful impact on looking at the problems of children. This issue was also presented in the movie 'Tare Jamin Par.' In the movie he showed the problem of dyslexia in the small children. He gave solutions to these problems in the form of compassion and love. He forced us to hold on reservation policy for a quite long time by showing that untouchable people still exists. It made us think that the problems of castes are still present in its old form.
Since many years the physically disabled community was asking for renewal of disabilities act of 1995. It was because of his show that government of India brought renewed protection of disabilities bill (2013) in the Parliament. An unnoticed concept such as staircases with Iron holders was introduced because of his efforts. This act was also made com-pliable to United Nations Convection on disability.
The problem of honor was presented in his show. This gave the answer as how Khap Panchayats (local illegal governing bodies) hold power over the basic right of an individual. He also argued as why parents need to allow their child to choose their marriage partner? Aamir made India realized that it has a long list of things to achieve. Though we are assuming our self to prosper towards developed country, still lots need to be done.
In his last show he presented the problem of human trafficking which has became a great problem not only for India but for the whole world. He argued that in modern it is a responsibility of society  to free women from illegal gangs. We have already reached a threshold as far as the issues of women safety is concerned.
Aamirs Khan's efforts can be compared with Raja Ram-mohan Roy, India's first social reformer. Exactly 300 years ago it was impossible for Ram-mohan Roy to introduce changes in a conservative society. However he believed in himself and carried forward his effort irrespective of social pressure. His efforts gave India a semi liberal status. This time the problems are new but they still have a essence of a conservative society. Aamir Khan is a person who can change India from is semi liberal attitude to fully pragmatic society. This all can only be achieved if government recognizes his work on national as well as international level. This can only be done by awarding him with a highest Indian civilian award of Bharat Ratna.

Why Indian people need the fundamental right to choose their partner

In India though fundamental rights are not totally protected but they have a recognizable importance. The preventive nature of fundamental rights makes them a sole sword against the anarchy in our society. The historically important article 21 has proved a great deal in deciding and securing protection of life and personal liberty of an individual.

The last inspirational story

The story which I am going to tell has given inspiration to many people. You might have heard about KAIZEN theory of Robin Sharma.  In his book 'The Monk who sold his Ferrari', he taught about  habit forming way. At the same time you might have heard about fear of success theory given by Paulo Coelho. However, the story which I am going to tell  is the one of the most awesome and amazing stories.
Robin sharma in his book mainly taught about rule of 21, in which he explains that any habit can be form if we do that thing continuously for 21 days. The great man Coelho taught about how fear of success is the only difference between a ordinary and extraordinary man. There is no doubt that these two theories have inspired  generations. However, there is problem with these two theories and that is after a small interval of time we just forget them. But my story will be unforgettable in whole life.
Once upon a time, there was a team of  men from circus who were searching for a baby elephant, so that he could be brought for performing various acts. After long search and hunt  they captured a two year old elephant. The very same day they brought him in their circus. He was then tied by Iron chain in a small portion.
On the very first day elephant tried hard to escape from the the chain. He used all the force which he could gather from small but powerful legs. Throughout the day he tried to escape but the chain was so strong that it was impossible to break it. On the second day he repeated all his efforts and tried even harder to break it but again he was unable to do it. Similar thing happened on third and fourth day. As the week progressed his power increased but still he was not able to break it. After trying the same schedule continuously for a month he finally gave up.
After a year or so elephant became master in all the circus entertainment shows. He became grown up and performed various jobs such as  pushing the car and lifting the wooden planks. His power was so strong that he could even pull a line of three trucks. However, whenever he was tied to that chain,  which became small compared to his size, he never tried to escape. There was self assumption in his mind that he can't break it similar to his previous attempts. So even if he could break that chain with a simple pull, he never tried it.
Human nature is same as that of elephant it never tries to break away from the shackles of assumptions. A person never tries to break assumptions based on childhood or past incidences. Though he becomes strong to face new challenges and is capable of turning fortunes, he never tries to step forward in a bold way. His past always hunts him, the fear of failure based on previous incidences never empower him to accept the fact even if he have become strong to face them.
However, there were men in world who stood for their vision irrespective of their past. After loosing every small election, Linkon finally became the president of U.S.A. After trying ten hard years of continuous work, Alexander Fleming  finally discovered Penicillin  When question was ahead as how to kill Hitler so that Germany could be rescued, Hitler's own commander Staffenberg was sure that he can do it. He did not think of his loyalty to Hitler as he was doing it for his motherland. Unfortunately mission Valkyrie  to kill Hitler failed but till date Staffenberg is in the list of world's brave souls
13 publishers rejected the Harry Potter work of J.K Rolling but she did not allowed her 13 failure attempts to haunt her future. It's just a question of how we allow the influence of negative people in our own life. People will criticize as some of them are born to criticize. People will laugh at you for your mistakes since they are jealous of your work. Let the influence of these non-performing minds should not overpower the creativity of your mind. Let's be bold and face challenges which life puts ahead. That's is the onlyt way how we evolve.

Why do people born in nineties are special

When we were born lot of  things were happening around us. First one was the closing of cold war which had put immense amount of pressure around the globe. The event was just like global freedom which came after long time and gave the world a space to breathe. During early nineties the Silicon Valley was in a great form and hardware revolution achieved its pick during this time.

Why the book Atlas Shrugged changed millions of minds

Novel is a war between Dagny and some force or man who takes away her every resource. Some power which is hidden and is taking away every talented man who was wanted by Dagny to run a railroad which is a pulse of U.S.A. Slowly every talented man starts vanishing. Someone in order to suffocate America and its talent starts taking away people. Question arises who is that man? Who is taking away talent from America?

                       Who is John Galt?

Miss Ayn Rand had already revolutionized whole world with her first book named as 'The Fountainhead'. In this book she mainly concentrated on explaining that only individualism is important. However, in her second book she explained that society also plays an important role in the life of an individual.
This is the story of railroad enterprise and wrong policy of irrational people which caused brave and talented people to loose their moral value and self respect. Story starts with Dagny Taggart a woman  who is trapped in the middle of bad men and their policy of parasitical adventure which wants any work done even at the cost of self value.

Since Dagny always wants everything to be done in a rational way, She fights for the values against executive body of U.S.A in which her own brother is her enemy. Dagny always believes that working for wrong people is not a bad thing. It is the only chance through which we can bring the necessary changes in our people. Meanwhile story becomes a cause of a suspense since an unknown man starts taking away talented and skilled people throughout America on some secret destination.

While there are others in the story who believe that we must stop working for people who can't understand creative power of an individual and does not respect his skills and use his skills only for self profit.
Hank Reardent is such a guy and he is Dagny's friend who believes that working for wrong people or people who are not rational is a crime against humanity. We should not give our hard earned self respect for the sake of looters who feed themselves only on the  skilled people. There is Francisco D'anconio who is also an industrialist and he himself starts destroying his empire of industries since he also believes that giving our talent and skills to people who can't understand rational approach is a highest crime. Working for looters, moochers or parasite is a crime against ethics and morality.

People always tell us that helping others without asking for favor is a good thing. People always tell us doing a work of social service without asking anything for self can lead us to a life of greatness. People even tell us that helping a poor and giving them money is a great thing. If you too think so then you have to change your thinking. The big question will be why? Ayn Rand has explained it in her breath taking novel of all time. Welcome to read one of the greatest novels of the century which changed the life of millions.
Novel is a masterpiece by Ayn rand which has established itself in the leading list of top 30 novels of the century. One not only learns but believes that asking for the payment of our work is the most important thing to do. Why working for wrong people is a highest crime? Why our self creativity is our asset and why we should not sacrifice it for others?

While reading this we totally established ourselves towards Dagny Taggard's side who believes having philanthropic and altruistic work is great but as novel progresses and mystery of that unknown man who is taking away talent unfolds, our side changes. The main character of that unknown man is introduced very late in the novel so mystery and enthusiasm starts picking up as we unfold every page. Join the journey to know Who was John Galt and why he fought for saving rationality.
