Why do we lose our collective conscience first over individual conscience (PART 1)

I was amazed by the new invention of CRISPR- Cas9 gene editing technology. It talks of a method of gene editing which can be the solution to hitherto complex problems of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. The enzyme targets the gene sequence and repairs it so that genetic manipulations can be terminated. Before I should say that this invention must deserve a Nobel price, I must say that I am also amazed by series of inventions going around the world.

Whether it is NASA’s new flights under new horizon mission, Isro’s control over scramjet engines, a new Ebola vaccine and the invention of autophagy. All these discoveries not only amaze us but prompt us to think in a new way. If we try to analyze as for why we are able to leap forward at an unprecedented pace in the sectors such as science and technology we might not get a single answer. Similarly despite having a great progress and inventions in physics mathematics and chemistry altogether, why we are not able to instill the values of liberty, equality, fraternity and common brotherhood amongst all people is the other question.

The question is simple as it should be as for why even after great progress in science we are not able to eradicate the thoughts of hatred based on community, religion, caste or nation. Why do people, even in this great globalized era could not understand the importance of common goals and common values? Why do we succumb to same socio-political agendas which ride on the kangaroo motion?

Whether the invention is the result of individual conscience or collective conscience is the new question we should debate. An individual may propose an idea and with great work may promulgate that idea into general reality. But should we say that concern idea which now is a reality is the work of an individual only? We should ask this question in a way where we see a multinational firm employees thousands of brilliant heads who strive hard to give actual results.

So why do we require so many heads when the idea is the result of individual conscience. Is it the time to which we give prime importance? Is it only because we want some project to get completed in a record time that we employee several people? When might have compartmentalization and derivation of work started in its true form? Should we get the answer to this question in the lower Paleolithic era when hunting and gathering were the main occupations?

If it is for hunting and gathering our collective conscience might have first sprouted while hunting over gathering. As far hunting is concerned, it would have been very early when we might have realized that it is not an individual game rather a collective one based upon support of few individual. On the other side, we might not have bothered when we sent an individual for the collection of taxes for the first time. Mind you the collection of taxes is one of the important tenets for the definition of civilization. So we realized that it is better if we go for hunting with several men and gathering can be done by an individual.

Where does the conscience play part in this analogy? Is it a generalization or a great fact that we slip to unwanted situations just because of our vulnerability to collective conscience. Why do we do things which we might not have done as an individual? Is it because of some kind of security which we get when we attach our self to some group, caste, religion, gender or for that matter nation? The prominent question we should ponder on is as for why we lose our individual conscience to collective conscience.

Can we say every time when progressive ideas might have been conceptualized it would have been proposed by an individual. And every time when we thought of controlling or bringing in conservative idea it would have been the result of collective endeavor. This clash of collective authority over individual liberty might have occurred in every society of every era. And whenever an individual conscience prevailed over collective conscience the result would have been a progressive and rational society. And whenever a collective conscience would have prevailed over individual conscience a result would have been a regressive or conservative society. But again do we have some exceptions?

Before we should talk about exceptions we should ask- do we need more rational individuals who have the ability to challenge the conservative ideas? Is it the individual’s rational outlook and the progressive mindset that we should look for if at all we want to progress? One might counter this analogy by quoting some individual authoritarian leaders whose individual conscience caused great wars. But isn't electing them to power a result of a decision taken by several collective men.  Can we not say that these men collapse with their collective conscience?

Again a new question which we should discuss is whether this game of conscience applies to present society? We have a very few example where a foreign power succeeded in their aim of installing a democracy in a war-torn authoritarian based country. This might be because an authoritarianism though inflicted by an individual is the result of the collective conscience of several individuals who voted that authority in power. But isn’t some charismatic leaders the result of their gifted golden spoon provided by hereditary rights. Should we consider those leaders as an exception?

The question of ultra-nationalism, reverse globalization, a calculated denial to basic values of liberty equality and fraternity must have surfaced where a collective conscience prevailed over an individual conscience. One might also ask the question as for why I choose a word collective conscience over mob mentality. This is particularly because a mob mentality might be an instant process where we might lose our conscious to cortisol. But probably the word conscious is quite different from conscience as latter we lose to some prolong rational process. So the question might be as when and to what factors we lose our collective conscience.

Do we lose our collective conscience to a charismatic personality without any attributes of good or bad? Do we lose it to the loud sound coming out of the chaos of some selfless collection of individuals who have some preconceived agenda? Or do we lose it to individual fear which erodes individual conscience which in turn leads to eroding a collective conscience? We should find the answers to these questions in next part.

This is what Congress party needs to do?

They are one of the greatest parties of India. Their leaders were not ordinary persons but were one of the greatest personalities of modern India. They have the politics in their genes. They have ruled almost 60 years in free India. Still their position now is no more than the sidelined, bigoted traumatized old man with no formal saying in any family matter. Certainly the Congress party has lost its confidence, they have no moral and the word called 'hope' on which entire leadership virtually ruled India for decades.

Why Winston Churchill's those comments still hurt India.

He may be regarded as the one of the greatest heroes of world war two. People might have considered him as the greatest savior of mankind. He might have inspired the whole world by his extraordinary oratory skills and great wisdom. Or in simpler words, he might have saved the world from the anarchy of Nazism. However, as far as India is considered, the people are not very much fond of this wizard.

Why we have to still believe in Aam Aadmi Party ?

The time has become really hard for Aam Aadmi party. Nearly all the pre-poll results are showing a sliding loss to the party. Every self acclaimed intellectual from each corner of India has targeted and criticized the one time favorite group. Party's own men have become hesitant to contest with the party ticket. Common workers are denying the ethics on which the group was formed.

What do you mean by Goebbelsian lie? How does it affect the Indian Politics?

Many Indian researcher do believe that it was Thomas Macaulay, a pioneer of English education in India who proposed the idea of a typical Goebbelsian lie. In one of his addresses to British Assembly he said that Indians are fools and we can easily play with their emotions with one simple rule.

"Repeat a lie a thousand times and  it becomes the truth"

Whether Thomas Macaulay was using this concept or not is a subject of debate. However, there is no doubt that Joseph Goebbels used this to arrange one of the anarchist campaigns of Nazi propaganda history. Goebbels believed that with constant repetition of ideas we can make people believe it. No matter whether the idea is a truth or not. He used this concept to make Germans believe that it is only Hitler who could save them from the worst conditions of their life.

While using this famous concept with the help of Hitler, he used various measures to propose Nazi propaganda. This includes designing of famous Swastika symbol, exercise of saluting in typical Hitler style and constantly flooding newspaper with the basic concepts of hatred. As all this happened for quite a long time, people started believing in him. And the results were terrifying, it took long years for people to realize the true nature of Hitler. It is a big irony that except for Colonel Stauffenberg, no one really went against Hitler.

Similar things are happening in India. It is not that only Congress is using this famous concept but newly hopeful Kejarival's AAP party is also exercising this idea. One problem in India is that politicians do believe that people are real fools. They can propose and promise anything and people have to follow it. For this to happen they took the similar measures which Hitlers government was taking during the world war 2.

Narendra Modi is a front runner in using this lie. His brand Gujarat concept is making people recognize him as a capitalist Jesus of India. All this is happening because of large amount of record-breaking money spent on advertising campaigns. Perennial flooding of promises in various newspaper, International summits on Brand Gujarat, Fashion statements through branded clothes and strong management themes are some of the aspects of Modi's Gujarat Model.

Is it all true? To some extent it is true but not totally. Raghuram Rajan commity recently placed Gujarat in the developing class two model states. It lags behind in some major aspects in nearly all the major sectors. All the things which are shown are nothing but the emotional campaigns backed by the Management teams. With this concepts, he is heading for the most powerful post in India. People knew about Gujarat riots but they don't have any option left. They will surely vote for him as anti incumbency factor of Congress is in their minds.

Kejariwal is the second person who uses this idea very well. When he started his campaign people loved him. But slowly they realized that he is one of the products of that typical political basket. People think that as he has proposed the ideas of anti corruption so he should act like Gandhian. Is it really possible for him? I think yes, when someone is pretending to act like a lone savior of India then he has take every precautions to become a believed legend.

He has to show in his behavior the true nationalist values. He needs to take care that his campaign or crowd gathering methods should not become a mess for public order. His every act should be in accordance with the constitution. It is only then that he can become a winner.

However, what is happening with Kejariwal's malicious strategy is a real problem. He is also using Goebbelsian lie to its biggest extent. He is constantly repeating his anti corruption propaganda. He believes in making his every act a sensational event. He thinks that it is only his party in which great nationalists are present.

A true nationalist should accept his mistakes. Kejariwal lacks in the act of valor and the tolerance. AAP party has totally forgot the art of listening. They have become the atom boys who have not even spared media. There is the fear that they might bring the police state in India.

With the election campaign in full swing it is the people who have to recognize their conscious and vote for the correct party. This can happen only if they will minutely research the promises of these political parties. India is going for the election where 10 crore new people will vote for the first time. Most of them are young and dynamic. They can surely recognize the lie and the truth. Politicians will have to be careful before promising. Otherwise they will have to pay a price for that.

Ukraine crisis: Is it the start of the World War 3

Russia vs Ukraine: start of world war 3

There is no doubt that Putin needs to be taught a lesson. For this it is important for USA to take this event as an option to remove Russia from the security council. Russia has violated the UN charter agreement. The greed of Putin is unlimited. The world has seen this during the disintegration of Georgia in the year 2008. Putin has forgot the thumb rule that with great power a great responsibility is attached. Expansion of Russia can not be brought at the expense of violating the fundamental rights of the people of Ukraine.

From the past hundred years the only thing which has interested Russian ego is nothing but the Caucasus regions. This region was the reason for Russia to indulge in the World War one. During World War Two the region was a battle-place to the worlds most powerful and egoistic countries. The stories of Leningrad and Stalingrad wars are still vibrant in the eyes of people living on this border which separates the might of communist from that of capitalist sentiments.

Again for one another time these two mightiest countries have come face to face. With the Russian forces virtually capturing the Crimea region in the South of Ukraine, the situation has become critical. John Karry has warned Russia of a possible consequences specially in the form of sanctions over it. However, this seems to be an impossible task specially when Putin is so serious about protecting the Russian people living across whole of the Ukraine.

The heated arguments taking place between the diplomats of both sides is not a good sign for the region. Barack Obama is looking for all possible options specially after failed diplomacy in Syria issue. He does possess a pressure to perform on this issue. So chances are high that these two countries might go for a virtually factual war.

How does it all happen ?

The links of this question belong to World War Two. At that time, Stalin accused the people of this region specially Tartars of Crimea of helping Hitler. So he believed that it is essential to punish them and hence he forced them out of the region. During their excavation to middle Asia, mainly to Turkey, nearly 20% of the Tartars died of starvation and violence. So these Tartars generally hates Russia. They came back to their homeland Crimea during early nineteens.

When Russian federation collapsed in 1991, Ukraine became an independent country.  Mr. Kuchma became the president of Ukraine in the year 1994. He ruled from 1995 to 2005. But the pick of all these things began when Georgiy Gongadze, a popular journalist was kidnapped and killed in the year 2000. People accused Kuchma of killing him. So in order to pacify the people he decided not to fight the elections of 2004. Instead he presented Ukraine with Victor Yanukovych.

                                              The Orange revolution ?

During all these chaos an oil queen lady named as Yulia Tymshenko emerged as a strong contender for Presidential election. She with another guy named as Victor Yushchenko formed Fatherland party. They both opposed the election and successfully retrograded the Yanukovych Goverment. This revolution was known as the Orange revolution. For the most part of the decade Yulia remained in power.

However, during the election of 2010 Victor Yanucovych won the election. He made constitutional remedies making president as the sole powerful person. He framed series of false charges against Tymshenko and sent her to jail. At the same time, he cancelled an economic deal with European Union and instead went for a deal with Russia. Putin promised him that Russia would buy a 15 billion dollar Ukrainian bonds and would cut the oil rates. People of Ukraine did not like this deal. According to them it was a compromise done with the power. This act of Yanikovych prompted a  new revolution on the Maidan square of capital Kiev.

During the Maidan square revolution Yanukovych was ousted and the power came back in the hands of the Fatherland party. Arseniy yatsenuk was declared as the interim Prime Minister. Russia saw this as a violation and suffocation of Russian speaking people of Ukraine and they waged a war against Ukraine's new government.

Strategically Ukraine is an important country for Russiaas all the oil roots pass from this country. For Europe and Ukraine, Russia plays an important role in supplying oil required for the heavy industries of the region. Russia has stopped the movements from Crimea with the help of its Black Sea Naval Fleet. Arseniy Yatsenuk, the interim PM has accused Russia of waging a war. While America is more serious than ever to tackle the the further expansion of Russia.

People of Ukraine have been tired of Russian influence and its suffocation. For nearly a decade Russia has controlled the whole Ukraine economy with his oil tactics. People of Ukraine want to come out of all this and want to form a liberal country. For this they want a complete independence from Russia. This can only be possible if America put forward the case of Ukraine with more might and valor. Nearly Similar situation emerged during world war one. At that time the villain was Kaiser William and this time it is Putin. This villains will come and go. If the countries wanted a world to be a better and liberal place then they will have to go for the diplomatic ways. There is a last chance of this with the G8 summit which is going to take place in Russia. If it will fail then god will have to save the World.

Effects of Narendra Modi's becoming Prime Minister.

The number thirteen is always considered to be an inauspicious one in Indian calendar. But for Atal  Bihari vajapayee who was the 13th Prime minister of India, it has played an important role. Similarly, for his disciple Narendra Modi the number seems to have become an auspicious one.

On13 September, 2014 Narendra Modi was declared as Prime Minister’s candidate for BJP. Looking at the present situation or mood of Indian people it seems that he will certainly become Prime Minister of India by June 2014. We have to see his exceptional journey in which he transcended upon his fellow competitors using all tactics of cunning politics.

If he will become prime minister then his era will be remembered by many generations. His era will show the long term effects on India. There are certain reasons for this argument, first one is his autocratic style of work which India is lacking in its previous leaders. He is aggressive and finishes the career of people who oppose him. He is techno- savvy so youths do believe in him. He has a strong support of the right wing political groups who possess aggression as their inborn qualities.

The main question will be of the minorities. Will they support him? It will be nice if Muslims support him since without them he will not be able to win the elections. If Muslims will not support him and despite of this, he will win, then minority community may have to undergo the worst period of their life. This is because the people have not yet forgotten the severe riots carried out by him in Gujarat when Sabarmati express was burned by Muslim community.

Human right organizations do compare those three days of riots in Gujarat with that of Uganda and with Bangladesh. During Gujarat riots many Muslims were burned alive and their women were harassed. A reports by Tahlaka magazine also gives severe incidences in which humanity was on lower standard of all time. Even the pregnant Muslim women were not spared. Psychopaths tore their stomach and with a lost humanity and showed those unborn child to other women so that whole community would be made afraid.

Muslim militant organizations formed after the riots are the result of these grave incidences. However, story can’t be completed without recapturing the incidence of burning alive of 30 to 40 Hindu men in Sabarmati Express.

There are some aspects which depict as why people still want Narendra Modi as their PM. Will he help India to become a developed nation? The answer is definitely yes. This is because people have seen his development model of brand Gujarat. They think that he is the only man who can take India on the verge of a developed country.

When he will become PM Pakistan will have to think thousand times before initiating any Mumbai style attack. It will not irritate India which it does from time to time. In fact Pakistan will have to be mostly aware of his aggressive nature. Chances are that Modi will himself take initiative to teach Pakistan a long term lesson rather than waiting another terrorist attack to happen in India.

With his Gujarat model accepted by left wing nations of the world including Russia, China and some European countries there is a chance that these countries might pressurize America to give him the Visa. If he will succeed in gating another term in 2019 then there are certain chances that India will become a developed country by 2023 and India will get permanent seat in the security council of the world. Whatever happens one thing is sure that, though we might have to see anarchy in his era  but we will surely not vote for Congress party.

Why Madras cafe is a milestone in the Indian cinema

It’s been one week since I watched Madras cafe  a masterpiece from John Abraham Production. I was eager to write about the movie but respecting the production house’s decision i.e. not to promote the movie unnecessarily I kept aloof from the subject. Production house along with director Shojit Sircar earlier decided that the movie will be only for the selected multiplex crowd. The major part was that they kept their promise. Madras cafĂ© was milestone because of its great cinematography, awesome camerawork and artistic originality which kept Audience on the toes. However, I like the movie for some other reason.
First one was its subject line which was based on Srilankan war and deadly Terrorist group LTTE (Liberation of Tamil tiger’s elum). It was definitely not the first movie on terrorist but this time situation was different since India was not a victim but rather culprit. I am saying this because intervention of India in Srilanka was first of its kind of aggression after Bangladesh liberation war of 1971-72. In Lankan war India had used different tactics like that of supporting opposition party against LTTE similar as USA used in different Middle East war for which they had to pay the price.
Second thing which I like about the movie is its non controversial nature. The subject of Sri-Lanka war is generally extremely controversial. Production house took care to give balance view output to all, like that to the Tamil people, Sinhalese and also supporter of congress party in India since India lost its cyber man cum Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. Team of the movie kept the name of the characters different from original one to avoid the controversy. This was done before movie actually released not after the movie was released, strategy production house follows generally to remain in controversy.
Indian audience was bored because of copy of Hollywood movies and recent unhealthy trend of remakes of South-Indian cinema. It’s sometime OK that these remakes make much money so trend should be encouraged but it certainly worsen the nature of Indian cinema. After the success of Vicky donor and Madras cafe John Abraham showed that he has sense for great cinema and we can expect the great to come from the actor. Another important thing which followed the subject line was that movie does not contain a single song in between which was the real need of such sensitive movie.
Showing of North block of the parliament and it’s secretariat level meeting in the movie catch my attention. The policy making and decision taking scenario was first time shown in any movie which brought the movie closer to Hollywood. Meanwhile in a small budget Shoojit directed great masterpiece which is certainly a must watch and of-course like production house said it’s for the selected audience.

A critical case of a kiss from Kashmir

The one place which has amazed me from my childhood is nothing but the Kashmir. There is certainly a reason for that and it always comes from the one question. The question is critically simple, as why do Kashmir’s people hate so much to Indian army and New Delhi? The search for the answer has always led me to some astonishing discoveries. Few of them are certainly not known to this part of World. Finding the reasons to this, world’s most dangerous place is certainly a difficult task, as reason’s have to find being a neutral and as an ardent nationalist it becomes difficult task.

If someone is active on some of the English news channel pages on social network, which have some kind of connectivity with the valley, the person  will see a group of people always engaging themselves in commenting against Indian army. These groups are definitely not illiterate; they are the young people who represented modern Kashmir. Most of them have someone of their family got killed through the hands of Indian army. Some of them are engineers, doctors and modern professionals who represent a new Kashmir. However, it’s not always compulsory that they are downtrodden by Indian army only; there are many factors which have influenced them towards the typical hate against India. One of the reasons is misunderstanding and second most important is not to know the actual history of the place.

First of all, separatist Kashmir mindset believes that Kashmir was their property when India got freedom. They probably think that India might have pressurized Hari-singh; then king of Kashmir. At that time people of Pakistan, mostly Muslims wanted Kashmir to be an integral part of Pakistan. Fearing that Harisingh might accede Kashmir in India, they sent the army. Hari-Singh requested India to intervene but India put a condition that it will help only if he will join India. So again to reduce loss of life he accepted Kashmir to be a part of India. So morally India forcefully included Kashmir in India. The second thing which Pakistan’s separatist have problem is with the forceful separation of East Pakistan from mainland Pakistan and formation of Bangladesh. Pakistan thinks that it is only because of India that the East Pakistan separated from them.

As far as Kashmir is concern whatever India did was morally right since both India and Pakistan were trying to include many states as they could in their own country. Politically, India used its tactics to include Kashmir in India.

Here we have to look at the situations and circumstances which were present there in the East Pakistan. The people of East Pakistan were sufferer and they wanted autonomy from West Pakistan this is because the population of West Pakistan was much less compared to East Pakistan. So the east Pakistan never liked their country to be ruled by a country which has a less population.

They wanted autonomy as this was going to ease the administration and other important processes. Further, there was a difference of language as East Pakistan favored Bengali over Urdu. Another reason was the export, as some 80% of the total export of whole Pakistan came from east Pakistan in the form of jute and tea.

So the due to these reasons the freedom waves started to blow from Bangladesh. The common people got the support of Awami league which was in opposition at that time. The Awami league won the election held 1970. However, Yahya khan and Pakistan’s Muslim league never approved it.

At that time there was wide spread violation of human rights through the hands Yahya khan and his successors. Yahya khan and his successor Tikka khan led the massive destruction of human life which saw the death of some 2000000 to 3000000 people. So India had to interfere and Mrs. Indira Gandhi send the force of some 400000 Indian soldiers and in just 13 days. Bangladesh was formed out from East Pakistan with the help of Awami league and their leader Mujibur rahman called as Mujib became the main leader.

Many Pakistan’s scholars believed that there was clear cut mistake of Pakistan which violated the human rights. This violation is even compared with a million deaths of Jews which happened during the world war two.

Looking at Kashmir in 2013, the situation looks far more different. The Pakistan controlled military group Lashkar-E - Taeba and other 40 to 50 militant groups has nothing to do with freedom of Kashmir they just wanted to remain in news with arrogance of Jihadist mindset. The groups supported by Pakistan involve themselves in cross border insertion of Jihadist in India throughout the year.

From last decade or so Kashmir was silent even after silent establishment of Armed forces special powers act [AFSPA]  which enabled Indian army to arrest any person in Kashmir without any warrant. This law also allows army to carry out search operation on civilians and to kill suspected civilian without having any accountability.

AFSPA is the third reason after first reason of separation of Kashmir from British in 1947 and separation of Bengal from Pakistan which prompts hate against India. There is certainly some harsh human rights violation from Indian side in Kashmir  Indian army has killed thousands of suspected militants who were supported by Pakistan’s army.

Sugar factories, local banks and co-operative sector : Easiest way to become politician

For the last few days or so I was on the borders of Marathwada-Vidarbha, one of the comparatively backward regions of Maharashtra. It was really an awesome experience for me specially to watch and learn so called as politics. My mind continuously searched the threads as how one becomes politician in Maharashtra. All the threads led to one word and it was the co-operative sector of India. From the last thirty year or so this sector is collectively degraded and is on the line of diminishing in some years. However, it became the strong point for some people to become powerful. It is this sector with the help of which, they created the empires.

Now let us see how one becomes politician in Maharashtra. In general there are two or three ways. First, you have to born as a son of Congress Party leader. If not then second way is more conventional : You become Sarpanch that is the local head of the village then Member of Panchayat Samiti and then you have to con-quire the local body of Jilha Parishad. After this process the next task is simple, you have to take loan from District bank and have to set up a suger factory. In a year or so you will see yourself as a politician.

Co-operative sector include one best way i.e setting up a sugar factory. As a middle class family member you may think it to be a very difficult task. However, in Maharashtra it's not that too much difficult once you become member of Panchayat Samiti Or Member of a legislative assembly i.e M.L.A. For the money part of it, there are banks and these co-operative banks generally belong to politicians. So if you have a better manipulating quality then banks can help you very easily. ( note this banks are already debt ridden having notices of  Reserve bank of India ). As your main agenda is to create an empire so you have to involve local farmers. (note : farmers of this region are already on the last stages of their life because of debt ). Farmers will generally invest money as their son will get the job according to the amount of money they invest. After you set up a sugar factory the process to generate the empire will start. First, the factory is generally inaugurated at empty place i.e away from district capital. So that  a village automatically sets around the factory as factory require farmers for the production of sugarcane , workers, engineers, and some administrative staff.

With the help of this factory, the control over local bodies i.e Gram-panchayat and Jilha-Parishad, Distributive authority, Workers organisation, NGO and most important farmers organisations develops. With the help of one factory or some more factories like that one generally creates an Empire.

This is just the process but as privatization is not involved the management does not hold accountable for anyone. In addition the ego of local body member and politician comes into the act. After some year or so because of poor management and unaccountable nature, real sympathy towards the organisation( as no one is owner ) vanishes, Also there are factors like low productions of sugarcane because of droughts and other problems related to agriculture sector, process of degradation of these starts. The condition of banks which gave loans to this factories becomes worst. Many of the banks are on the notice by R.B.I to shut down. The last game that politician play after becoming powerful is: they own these sugar factory privately at 70 % low price. This is possible for them because private players are not interested in this game-play as process is tedious. With many co-operative banks shut down and sugar factories vanished, Maharashtra will need to find a solution for this old problem.

The next cold war India vs China

As the tension started to grow over the Chinese incursion in Indian territory, the two Asian giants geared up for the political and muscle power. China from the ancient time has always been extra aggressive. They are firm on their rule 'Respect the strong and Dominate the weak'. They have not given up their dream to dominate the world players. In last ten years, signs of china's influential and dominant politics has increased to great extent

Report suggest that they are supporting Iran's nuclear dream , which will be threat to the world. Military and missile support to the top fundamentalist country like Pakistan has been an area of immense concern. In the recent aggressive behavior of North Korea ,china neither supported nor opposed their leader Kim Jong Un. With the strong economy that is growing at the rate of nearly 8 % per year their attitude and confidence is growing to great extent. Strong military exercises and events to mark their strength are certainly putting their world ahead.

India on the other hand is cautious and step by step putting efforts to catch the dragon. Following the rule of  no first use of Nuclear weapons, the credibility of India is higher than China. The use of soft power has acquired India a reliable position in world. Though hit by continuous corruption scandals and mismanagement of resources, India is still hoping to catch Chinese counterparts.

The Chinese incursion in Daulat beg oldi  sector of  ladakh in Kashmir created the problems for both the countries. Incursion in Indian territory  is a practice which Chinese follow after every six or eight months. This practice helps PLA ( People's liberation army of China ) military movements of Indian army. During 1990 Indian Army believed that if they will develop the border region which would facilitate PlA to enter India.

When Indian government sanctioned large scale budgets to develop border region during 2001, the balance started shifting. This budgets were still smaller than Chinese government. Now in 2012-13 when India's military power grew India started self believing and tried to become self confident. This resulted in border disputes between India and China.

The next economic and military competition to china will be from India. With the developed  software industry, India is able to produce the products and software's, which will really pump the country's economic power. What India lack is a will power and a leadership which will take use of country's high scaled resources to new level of use. The world knows what Chinese did in Tibet. The aggression of China will never be going to slow down. As a result  India will also have to catch up the dragon to bring balance in the subcontinent.

China's aggressive behavior is causing world  to divide two leagues One backed by China and supported Arab world, Pakistan and  North Korea Vs American supported rest of the world league. India on the other hand had no option but to increase its military budget and to start developing its muscle power. To balance the power competition, India will have no option but to make new friends. This will going to start new weapon acquisition competition which will certainly going to disturb the balance of the subcontinent. This will going to start the new era of cold war.
